2G Bat Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on or using any part of the 2G Bat platform — whether through the website at 2gbat.pro, the Android app or the mobile browser experience — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 2G Bat platform. Creating an account constitutes full acceptance of these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines. All three documents together form the complete agreement between you and 2G Bat.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 2G Bat platform. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you declare and confirm that you are 18 or older.

2G Bat reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If you are unable to confirm your age when asked, your account may be suspended and any withdrawals held pending verification. This is not a punitive measure — it is a safeguard that the platform takes seriously as part of its responsible gaming commitment.

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or betting.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion period on this or any partner platform.

3. Accounts & Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name or using a third party's details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you should update them in your account settings promptly.

• One account per person — duplicate accounts will be closed.
• All registration details must be accurate and truthful.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Do not share your username or password with any other person.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.
• 2G Bat is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared or failed to secure your credentials.

Account verification may be required before withdrawals are processed. This typically involves providing a copy of a valid identity document. Completing verification promptly avoids delays when you want to cash out.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on 2G Bat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed in the payment section of your account. No currency conversion is applied to PKR transactions.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account quickly following confirmation by the payment provider. 2G Bat is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking systems or mobile wallet providers.

• Deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted.
• If a deposit cannot be verified as yours, it may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
• Deposit limits can be set by you voluntarily under responsible gaming settings in your account.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed promptly once approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take additional time depending on your bank.

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be approved.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown at the time of your request.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to payment accounts in your own name.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to conduct additional checks before approving large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if there is a pending investigation on your account.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 2G Bat are subject to the specific rules of the market being bet on, in addition to these general terms. Sports betting covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and a range of other sports.

Once a bet is confirmed and the bet slip is accepted, it cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for checking the details of your bet — including the event, market, selection and stake — before confirming it. Mistakes made by the player after a bet is accepted cannot be reversed.

• Bets are final once confirmed on the bet slip.
• Odds are correct at the time of bet placement; the confirmed odds are what apply.
• Live in-play bets are subject to delay and acceptance is not guaranteed in fast-moving markets.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to void a bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• Maximum payout limits per event apply and are shown in the relevant betting section.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, technical faults or latency in live markets will result in bets being voided.

PSL and international cricket markets are settled based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. In cases of match abandonment or postponement, specific settlement rules for that market type will apply .

7. Bonuses & Promotions

2G Bat offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, time limits and eligible games or markets. These specific terms are communicated at the time the offer is made and take precedence over these general terms where there is any conflict.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money balance.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers — will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and may lead to account closure.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date will result in the bonus being removed from your account.

8. Casino & Slots

The Live Casino and Slots sections of 2G Bat are subject to the same account, deposit and withdrawal rules as the sports betting section. In addition, the following specific rules apply to casino play.

All casino games — including Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack and Slots — use certified random number generation or live dealer mechanics supplied by third-party game providers. 2G Bat does not control the outcome of any game. Results are final once the game round is completed.

• Casino games are for entertainment. The house edge means that over time the platform retains a percentage of all wagers.
• Disconnection during a live casino game round does not void the round. The result stands as it would have concluded.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or game errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

9. VIP Programme

The 2G Bat VIP Programme rewards regular players with loyalty points that accumulate with each qualifying bet or casino wager. Points determine your VIP tier, and each tier brings progressively better benefits including enhanced bonuses, faster withdrawal processing and dedicated promotional offers.

• VIP tier status is based on activity during the current programme period and may be subject to periodic review.
• Loyalty points are awarded on qualifying real-money wagers only. Bets placed using bonus funds may not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
• 2G Bat reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or the structure of the programme at any time.
• VIP status cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Abuse of VIP benefits or any attempt to manipulate point accumulation will result in removal from the programme and forfeiture of accumulated points.

10. Responsible Gaming

2G Bat is committed to providing a safe betting environment. Betting should be enjoyable entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to recover losses. We encourage all players to set personal limits and stick to them.

• Set a deposit limit that matches your personal entertainment budget.
• Use session time reminders available in your account settings to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• If you feel that betting is negatively affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, use the self-exclusion tool available in your account.
• Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period you will not be able to deposit or place bets.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2G Bat platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and may be reported to the relevant authorities where appropriate.

• Creating more than one account or registering under a false identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of bets.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting pricing errors, technical faults or system vulnerabilities.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or third-party payment methods.
• Any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or otherwise misappropriate any part of the 2G Bat platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 2G Bat staff.

12. Account Suspension & Closure

2G Bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that a breach of these terms has occurred, that fraudulent activity is taking place, or that the continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

• During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, withdraw or place bets.
• Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any funds derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited.
• Where an account is closed for reasons not related to a breach — such as a voluntary closure request — any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification.
• You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Requests are processed promptly.

13. Limitation of Liability

2G Bat provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary unavailability.

• 2G Bat is not liable for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, technical errors or connectivity issues on your side.
• Betting involves financial risk. You accept that you may lose the money you wager and that 2G Bat is not responsible for those losses.
• 2G Bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have deposited in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Privacy & Data

Your personal data is handled in accordance with the 2G Bat Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy. This includes your registration details, transaction history and betting activity, which may be used to verify your account, process payments and improve the platform experience.

15. Changes to These Terms

2G Bat may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
